Howard B. Frank, Esq. recently retired after 35 years as Medicaid Counsel with the Erie County Department of Social Services. His experience in the areas of Elder Law, Medicaid, Estate Planning, Guardianships, and Supplemental Needs Trusts has been developed over the past three decades.

Throughout his career, Mr. Frank has been an active member of Buffalo’s legal community serving on multiple committees and boards, including lending his expertise to the Board of Directors for the Erie County Bar Association and serving as Chairperson for the Elder Law Committee. What Mr. Frank brings to his practice at Nuchereno & Nagel is an ability to think outside the box for his clients–his extensive experience gives him the ability to devise solutions that fit each client’s unique circumstances.
