Catherine E. Nagel, Esq. handles the firm’s Matrimonial and Family Law matters. Ms. Nagel has a problem-solving oriented divorce practice. She practices in all areas of divorce and separation including child custody, child support, spousal support, property division, grandparent access, relocation matters, post-judgment enforcement and/or modification and Postnuptial Agreements. Ms. Nagel has experience dealing with business valuations, pensions and other types of retirement plans, stock options and other corporate benefits, self-employed individuals, inherited and gifted property, joint custody and co-parenting arrangements, college planning and other complex issues that may arise in the context of divorce. While working with the client to resolve each of these issues, Ms. Nagel provides support and understanding, recognizing that these are acutely sensitive matters. Ms. Nagel also works with clients pre-marriage in negotiating and entering into Prenuptial Agreements.
